What Makes This Unique

The candidate chooses their date and time.  The candidate does not need to travel.  Voters/Attendees can submit questions in advance. And enter questions during the conversation with all voters able to “upvote” a question.  Questions with the most upvotes are seriously considered to be presented to the candidate.
